I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was well managed, clean, and comfortable. The hotel offers all the necessary facilities including a spacious parking area, swimming pool, and other great amenities that made my stay convenient and relaxing. A special mention to Mr. Nizamudheen and the other cleaning staffs, all of them were extremely polite, hardworking, and dedicated. They kept the rooms spotless and were always ready to help with a smile. Their efforts truly added to the positive experience I had here. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

I had a wonderful experience at Tulip Hotel Apartments LLC, and I’d especially like to appreciate Hammid from the Front Desk and Rajesh from Housekeeping. Both are extremely professional, warm, and genuinely happy souls who make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Hammid was efficient, courteous, and always ready to help, while Rajesh ensured everything was spotless and comfortable with a smile on his face. Their positive attitude truly enhanced my stay. Great team and excellent service, highly appreciated!

I’m really happy with the housekeeping service by Mrs Zara at Tulip Apartment. She do their job with honesty, care, and a big smile every day. The cleanliness of the rooms and their attention to detail are just perfect. She is not only hardworking but also very friendly and polite, which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. We have taken a long term rental at tulip hotel and the stay so far has been very pleasant. The room service staff are very accommodating, diligent and friendly. Their daily visits and efforts are appreciated Big shout out to Zahra , Mary and Andrews for consistently maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

The greatest + is location.. Rooms are as in photos.. Spacious apts. Value for money.. Front desk staff are cooperative.. they try to accommodate requests.. No bugs or flies as mention in some -ve reviews.. Cleanliness is good enough for the price... Great value for couples.. At checkout the manager Mr Mujeebu rahman enquired about stay and comfort.. Negatives 1. Beds are very hard.. Either add bed softeners or replace mattresses.. As they are worn out 2. Sofas had lot of stains.. 3. Housekeeping did not put towels.. When request they put bad towels.. Pay 10 dhs tip and he will bring hot white towels.. Instead of blue.. 4. Reception and housekeeping take phone very limited.. So keep trying after 15 mins.. 5. Better signboard needed as taxi.. Delivery guys get lost..

I stayed in room 212 it’s been pleasant so far. It’s quite and pleasant atmosphere despite being in the center(near Burjuman). The service is very nice and friendly. The cleaning/housekeeping (Zahara/Mary) stuff is also really nice they always do their work properly and greet you and are quick when you need something (towel, toiletries)
